Our A2 Bilona Cow Ghee is crafted from the nutritious milk of grass-fed, free-grazing indigenous Sahiwal cows. These happy cows roam freely, enjoying a natural diet of fresh grasses and herbs, which translates into richer, more flavorful milk. Our ghee is made in small batches using the traditional Bilona method. This time-honored technique gently churns the clarified butter, resulting in an exceptionally aromatic ghee that retains its natural goodness.

Our A2 Desi Cow Ghee is made using an authentic process that preserves its unique essence:

• Traditional Bilona Process: Fresh A2 milk is boiled and set into curd. The curd is then hand-churned bi-directionally in a wooden churner, known as a ‘Bilona,’ to separate A2 butter.
• Slow Heating for Perfection: The A2 butter is gently heated to produce golden, aromatic ghee with a grainy texture, thicker consistency, and rich flavor.
• Pure and Additive-Free: Our ghee is free from additives, preservatives, or artificial flavors, making it a wholesome and healthy choice.

• Sourced from Grass-Fed Desi Sahiwal Cows: Our A2 ghee is made from the milk of indigenous Sahiwal cows that naturally produce 2–3 liters of milk daily, known for its superior nutritional value compared to milk from foreign breeds.
